Helmi BRINIS is Associate-Advisor, co-founder and Director of ALSpective Tunisia. At ALSpective, Helmi brings its expertise in Strategy, Leadership Consulting and Executive Search, to develop activities in Tunisia, and contribute to their deployment to all of Africa.

Holder of an MBA (specialized in Human Resources Management) and an accounting degree from HEC-Tunis, Helmi acts as a trainer, specialist managerial topics, including: change management, risk management, project management, management by objectives.

Helmi has spent more than 20 years in major Tunisian and international groups as a CFO, or in Human Resources responsibilities; he has regularly strengthened his leadership and strategy practice.

In parallel, since 2011, Helmi has founded and managed a consulting firm in organization and human resources management. He has successfully completed several Executive Search mandates and conducted numerous consulting missions in organization – HR policy, and strategic consulting for Tunisian and foreign companies or groups. He has helped to identify leaders, and to support the talents of experts and senior executives.

Helmi acts as an advisor and coach, within the framework of individual and collective enhancements, for the management committees, in various sectors of activity such as: the mechanical and electronic industries, oil, pharmaceutical, agri-food, telecoms, finance, services, or distribution.

Multidisciplinary, former operational manager, and experienced consultant as an advisor and recruiter for leaders, Helmi brings a multicultural expertise, Franco-Arab and international, in Management, Strategic Consulting and Executive Search, serving businesses in Tunisia, and more broadly, all Maghreb or Sub-Saharan African companies.
