Engineer (M.Sc.) Ecole Centrale Paris & Graduate (MBA-Finance) of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Albert HIRIBARRONDO has invested his first 15 years of experience in management positions: Manufacturing Plant manager then Global Export manager in a large Food Industry, strategic projects manager in a Chamber of Commerce, General Manager of a Business School. In parallel, after 10 years as a volunteer, Albert has been elected World President of Junior Chamber International (a Non-profit Organization), for 1 sabbatical year.

For the last 15 years, Albert HIRIBARRONDO has strengthened his expertise in Leadership Consulting and Executive Search as Managing Partner of an Executive Search organization. During these years, he has been elected for 4 years as President of the Paris firm, and 8 years as President of the International Organization (25 countries). In parallel, Albert has been President of the Alumni Association of Ecole Centrale Paris and a co-founder of manageurs.com.

Albert advises numerous public and private leaders, elected officials, Boards Members and C-Suite Officers, in France and over the world, on Executive Search, Leadership and Strategic issues. He is covering many sectors, including industry, infrastructure and construction, services. He is an expert in the following fields where he has strong practices and networks: private Higher Education and Research Centers (Universities, Engineering schools,
Business schools), public and non-profit sectors at large, both in France and abroad.
